I went to see Sally before two upcoming best man speeches. I simply cannot believe the amazing results. Before I had the hypnotherapy with Sally I was terrified about talking in front of a large group of people, but after the sessions with Sally I found I had the confidence to do it without any problems at all. Not only did the hypnotherapy help me with the speech but I feel it's had a positive impact on my life in general. I've got the second speech coming up soon and am not phased by talking in front of everyone, in fact I will enjoy it! I can't thank Sally enough

I've had a severe phobia of amphibians and reptiles for 50 yrs and didn't think anything would help but the results from having therapy with Sally are remarkable, my family and friends can't believe it.
GM wrote: I have been waiting to contact you but was waiting until I had seen a live frog but still not come across one as yet so I went to a local amphibian and reptile shop. You wouldn't have got me across the doorstep before but I went in no bother, looked at all the frogs and lizards and was fine, thank you so much for helping me.

Please accept my heartfelt thanks for the time and patience you gave to me in our sessions leading up to my practical veterinary nursing exams. I thought I knew my self very well and was quite confident in the three years of my training that I would be able to pass these exams with minimal stress. However, I was soon to be surprised how I reacted under the stress of my mocks! I absolutely fell to pieces! I couldn't think straight and the shutters would come down at every available, inconvenient opportunity! Obscuring everything I had learnt and knew. I only had two weeks in which to do something! I spoke to a colleague who had been in the same boat as me and recommended hypnotherapy. I was a little afraid, I admit , but you reassured me that it was worth a try. You opened my eyes to what was happening to me and once I understood this through our sessions I could release my worries and fears (which I didn't know I had) and feel relaxed, calm and myself again. I still use the cd you gave me , months on , listening to your voice and revisiting that beautiful place you talk about. I can't emphasise enough how much you made a difference. Once again, thank you so much, I couldn't have done it without you. Julie RVN

Hi Sally. I came to see you after living most of my life with a severe phobia of dressed up mascots. This affected all my family time including holidays, days out, restaurants and even shopping trips. It stopped me going to school some days like children in need and also my social life with my friends. After visiting you for many sessions I now feel normal and confident in these situations. Proof being when I was Christmas shopping with my mum and nan I had my picture taken standing next to a lion mascot. Something that me or my family never thought I could do. I am an international cheerleader and I'm now looking forward to competing at competitions with out forever looking over my shoulder and panicking. You always made me very welcome and at ease and I felt like I could talk to you. A massive thanks for all you've done for me and my family. SP age 15yrs. X

I originally went to see Sally because of troubled sleep resulting in headaches and toothache. She soon made me realize that it was my body's way of dealing with stress and tensions in my life that really were of my own making. Over the weeks she helped me recognize the signs of stress and deal with them rationally. I am a much calmer person and I sleep throughout the night, waking without a headache and clamped teeth!
